Lovely tulle skirt from Creamie in dusty pink with gold dots. The skirt is in two layers, with the outer layer having lots of fullness and a sweet frilly edge at the bottom. The inner layer is of a thick quality so that the skirt does not appear transparent. There is a soft, wide elastic edge so that it does not scratch.
