Shipping policy

We gladly accept most returns or exchanges for items purchased in-store and online. Returned items must be in new condition with original packaging and tags attached. Returns are free in-store, otherwise we offer a $15 flat-rate return shipping fee. Sorry, no cash or credit card refunds.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Returns must have original or gift receipt in order to return or exchange. If a similar or different item cannot be provided, we will offer store credit to be used both in-store and online.

Final sale on all car seat purchases, sale items and special orders. Some items may be final sale if drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. If we ship an item from our own inventory, it is eligible for return, but if it is shipped directly from the supplier, it is not returnable. If you have any questions about an item's return eligibility, please reach out before purchasing.

Domestic shipping is free for orders over $150.
