Returns & Shipping
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on all in stock purchases.
Returned items must be in the original condition, with tags attached, and sent via a trackable method. Original shipping fees are not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Exchanges will ship back to you at no charge.
Returns sent back to us within 14 days of the ship date are eligible for a full refund. Returns postmarked back to us within 30 days of order shipment are eligible for a store credit, and returns will not be accepted after 30 days. If you received a gift from our store, you may exchange it for other items of equal value or for store credit. Hopscotch Kids does not do price adjustments. Returns of $500 or more are subject to a 20% restocking fee. You will be notified via email when we receive your return. Please note that it can take up to 2 billing cycles for a refund to be reflected in your account.
Clearance items that are 50% off or more, and items that were special ordered for you, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who abuses this policy.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please complete the form on the back of your packing slip and email
email@example.com with your order # and return request. Include this form in your return package. Returned items that do not meet the return policy guidelines will be returned to you.
Domestic shipping is free for order over $100.
